Little Flowers Girls' Club We have started a Little Flowers Girls' Club at Queen of Peace. It is an opportunity for young Catholic girls to gather and learn about their faith, Mary, St. Therese, and other saints of the Church. The girls will learn virtues by making crafts, doing activities, and learning Scripture. If your daughter would like to join the group, please call Kerri at 384-9272.

Blue Knights Boys' Club The Blue Knights is a Catholic catechetical program for young boys ages 5-13. It is modeled after the Little Flower's. This similar program will give young Catholic boys an opportunity to learn about their faith and developing a devotion to Saint Joseph. We meet Tues. nights from 4-6 p.m. For more information, call Mark, 878-0423.

Venerable Bishop Baraga Mass & Turkey Dinner 5 p.m. Mass with Music by "The Singing Slovenes" Sat., May 18, 2013 Home-cooked Turkey Dinner following Mass The Diocese of Duluth is sponsoring "Bishop Baraga Days" on Oct. 5/6. This fundraiser is to defray the expenses of hosting this event. On May 10, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI declared Bishop Frederick Baraga "Venerable", which is the first step to sainthood. See bulletin boards for more information.
Tickets available after Masses, at the door, or in the parish office.
